Iowa Certified Site Program
It is responsible for Iowa's recognition as a top 10 state for site readiness by Area Development magazine. Created to address a lack of project-ready industrial sites in the state, communities within the state have now seen more than $2.3 billion in capital investment on certified sites. Active certified sites are eligible for Revitalize Iowa's Sound Economy (RISE) grant funding.
